North Wind 47 from 1987, price including tax, very equipped. Vast complete renovation of the boat in 2008 - invoices available - Very well equipped boat. Sails on electric furler. Maneuverable solo. Teak deck having never been sanded and retaining its original thickness. Many new accessories: Microwave, stainless steel electric water heater, electronics, valves, hull fittings etc.
DESCRIPTIVE COMMENTS
WORK IN PROGRESS :
Removal of all layers of paint, complete sanitation up to the gelcoat, reinforcement of the buttresses. Replacement of stuffing box, rudder bearing. Rehabilitation of mast lights and mast support.
IMPORTANT WORK:
The hull has been completely painted and lacquered with Pinmar paint in polizia navy blue color. The super structures were painted white.
BRIDGE AND SUPER STRUCTURE:
The entire teak deck was replaced by a 25 mm thick teak deck, glued without screws. Renovation and replacement of screws and cleats. Refurbishment and replacement of all Vetus windows. Replacement of all Lewmar panels. Reconditioning the transom portholes. Replacement of standing and running rigging. Installation of a stainless steel genaker boom. Installation of a Bamar mainsail furling system. Installation of a Bamar remote-controlled electric genoa furler. Installation of a Proful brand foresail furler.
DECK EQUIPMENT:
Installation of 2 Harken mod 60 ST brand 2-speed electric winches + two self-tapping manual winches for operating the Harken 2-speed ST .40 brand genaker. On the main mast, replacement of two Harken 2-speed ST 40 self-tapping manual winches for halyard operation, Harken 2-speed ST 20 self-tapping manual winches for the mainsheet. Installation of 2 telescopic stainless steel davits as well as a stainless steel crane for the outboard engine. The 1600 W electric windlass (year 2010) was equipped with a remote control (Lofran Project X3) with 72 m of 10 mm chain and 50 m of 30 mm rope. Bimini with stainless steel bows. Anti-rotation hood with ventilation window. Stainless steel binnacle with instrument box and cockpit lamp. Double steering wheel, one inside with seat and one outside in the cockpit. Restraint bar with Walder Works stern rig equipped with Sparcraft Ocean counter-mechanism. Folding gangway in stainless steel and Interra engineering in German teak. Hella navigation lights with LED. Folding stainless steel bathing ladder and teak steps. Plastimo Safeti safety ladder. Avon brand Solas 8-person life raft, with pressure switch in the container. ACR satellite radio beacon.
